Explore our categories by navigating through the home page icons, each of it is represented by a drawing. You can also search by keyword, description or stock code using the search box.

GET YOUR QUOTE

On our website:

  1. Click on “Create an Enquiry” to begin the process. You will have to register for an online account. (Please visit our Privacy Policy)

  2. To add items of interest, simply click the “Add to Enquiry” option. You can work on multiple enquiries simultaneously and organize them into different sets or productions.

  3. Visit the “My Enquires” section to review your lists and make any necessary changes to items or quantities. When you’re ready, fill out the enquiry details form, provide your desired hire dates, and click “Submit Enquiry”.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your enquiry. We will respond within 24h.

  5. You will receive a quote via email, listing the items available for your specified dates.

  6. For any question or further changes please contact hello@upsetparis.com , our team will provide a new quote.

Via phone or email:

Our team is happy to assist you in obtaining a quote for items either through a phone call or email. When contacting us, please refer to our stock codes as a reference for the specific items you are interested in. Additionally, kindly provide your desired hire dates so that we can check availability of the requested items.

In order to proceed with the hire and allow for the collection of items, it is necessary to complete a Rental Agreement and provide proOF of payment.

Payments can be done by Bank Transfer.

Pricing, Payment and Extending hire

Pricing:

Our hire are calculated per week. Our quotes are based on the 20% of the item replacement value.

For longer period rental it’s possible to arrange a quote directly with our team by emailing HELLO@UPSETPARIS.COM.

A minimum of € 150,00 each order is requested.

Payment:

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask for payment prior to the collection of the items. Payments has to be done by bank transfer.

Extending hire:

Please contact us if you would like to extend your rental. We will check the availability for the extended period and send you over a quote via email. You will need to provide payment to confirm.

Transport, loss and damages

Collections and returns are up to the Hirer. We can provide transport on request. We ensure that all our items are carefully wrapped and protected before they are dispatched, but for secure transport, we kindly request transport companies to provide blankets and ties to properly secure the items.

Upon the return of your job, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment off all items, carefully examining for any potential new damage. If we evaluate a new damage we will provide guidance regarding any applicable charges. It is important to understand that the responsibility for the items rests with the Hirer, starting from the moment of collection until the moment of return.
